Adam Devine pens Rangers contract extension as promising starlet to remain at Ibrox until 2025

Adam Devine has become the latest Rangers youngster to tie his future to the club after continuing his breakthrough from the Gers youth academy.

Devine made his debut in a 2-0 win over Dundee United last season and has since been knocking on the door of a first team position. And his progress through the ranks hasn't gone unnoticed by the Light Blues with sporting director Ross Wilson praising the 19-year-old's hard work to get to where he is in his career and landing him a contract extension for a further three years.

Wilson commented: "We have developed our Academy development programme considerably in recent seasons with a clear focus on clear individual plans. Adam has been making excellent progress against his plan which is naturally pleasing for Gio, and all of our coaching and support staff. I am sure that Adam’s hard work and progress will continue."

Devine has been in the matchday squad for all three of Rangers Champions League fixtures this season and was handed 90 minutes as Gio van Bronckhorst 's men progressed past Queen of the South in the Premier Sports Cup earlier in the campaign.

His new deal follows the contract extension of Robby McCrorie who has also sealed his Ibrox future until 2025.

And Record Sport can reveal B team kid Connor Allan has also signed a new contract with Rangers. with a new contract. The highly-rated Scotland youth international has agreed fresh terms that will keep him at Ibrox until the summer of 2025.

A regular for David McCallum's second string side, the 18-year-old has also featured for Gers in this season's UEFA Youth League campaign.
