Adam Collard's Love Island ex warns Paige 'not to fall deep' after kissing clip

One of Love Island lothario Adam Collard 's exes has a warning for the latest lady to catch his eye, Paige Thorne.

The Welsh paramedic and the comeback star locked lips during a recent episode of the ITV2 show, following Jacques O'Neill bidding farewell to the Villa and leaving Paige single and free to mingle.

But Adam's ex Rosie Williams - one of the four women he coupled up with during his original Love Island stint - has some words of warning for Paige.

The reality TV star and Adam's union in the 2018 caused one of the most dramatic Love Island narratives of all time - with Women's Aid even issuing a statement at the time regarding the Geordie star's alleged emotional abuse and gaslighting of Rosie.

After arriving as a bombshell during series four, lothario Adam enjoyed unions with Rosie, Zara McDermott, Darylle Sargeant and Kendall Rae-Knight before eventually being voted off the show by his fellow islanders.

Following his Love Island comeback last week, Welsh solicitor Rosie has admitted seeing her ex enter the Villa once again four years on was a "complete shock", and admitted he wouldn't have been her "first pick" to return to the ITV2 show.

"He’s controversial, but I think they appreciate the drama he brings," Rosie has told OK! - adding that fellow ex Zara was equally stunned by the comeback.

Speaking about how she feels about Adam these days, the former Love Island contestant explained how she doesn't "hold on to things" but seeing her ex on TV has brought "back a lot of emotions".

"I wouldn’t say I haven’t forgiven him, I just don’t care enough to dwell on it. He’s irrelevant to my life," Rosie confessed to the publication.

Regarding Adam's interest in Paige, Rosie sees the romance as a "no brainer" due to the Welsh paramedic's single status following Jacques' shock exit last week.

She goes on to explain how it's easy to catch feelings quickly in a "confided space" like the Villa but warns Paige to take things slow.

"Don’t fall too deep too quickly. Take Adam as he comes and see how it goes. That’s all I can say," Rosie wisely said when asked if she had any advice for the current object of Adam's affections.

Rosie has already contacted Paige's family via Instagram - joking telling them she hopes her "Welsh sister doesn't fall for" Adam's charm.

"It was a bit of a joke. They just replied saying they bet it was a shock for me seeing him in there," she revealed.

Adam's return has delighted - and angered - fans of the reality TV show (ITV)

Rosie's comments come in the wake of it being reported that Adam was planning to buy a house with his most recent ex just weeks before returning to the ITV2 show.

Despite the Geordie hunk, 26, claiming his last relationship was only "serious-ish", it has been claimed he and ex Josie Baxter were pretty significant and even been in the process of becoming homeowners together.

Sources have let slip that the former couple - who share two dogs together - were happy together before the idea of Adam returning to Love Island became a possibility.

"As far as Josie was concerned they were serious, they were looking to buy a house together," a source close to Josie has told The Sun.

"Everything unravelled pretty quickly after Adam first spoke to Love Island at the end of April.

"It’s very awkward as they obviously both work together and so everyone at the gym knows what has been going on. Newcastle is a small place and people talk."

A source close to Adam hit back saying: "Adam's only conversations about returning to Love Island were when he was single. Adam was very clear about that during conversations with the team on the show."

They went on to state it was disappointing that "unnamed people" made allegations when Adam has "no means of defending himself" while he is in the Villa.

*Love Island continues every night at 9pm on ITV2 and ITV Hub
