The brunette bombshell, 30, was dumped by the personal trainer, 26, in the villa in 2018, with him choosing to be with Zara McDermott instead, who he went on to date for eight months after the show ended.
Rosie, as well as the nation, were shocked when it was revealed on Sunday night that Adam would be entering the villa once more, the first contestant to ever do so, and he's already ruffled feathers among the established couples.
