Thai actress Gulasatree "Christine" Michalsky has claimed she was sexually assaulted by a rescue worker inside her bedroom in Bangkok as she was experiencing a medical emergency in the middle of the night.

The accused rescue worker, who arrived with the emergency unit sent to transport her, exploited a brief moment when they were alone in the room to commit the assault, the 30-year-old actress and model said.

On her Instagram account, Christine said it happened between 2-3am on Tuesday.

"It [the incident] occurred in my room while I was experiencing a medical emergency and was unable to help or protect myself," she wrote.

"During that time, the individual who came to assist me committed sexual assault against me, involving inappropriate physical contact while I was unable to move."

According to media reports, Christine said she was very weak but remained conscious during the time and despite her blurry vision, she saw that the accused also took obscene pictures of her.

After being treated for her medical condition, Christine filed a police complaint and underwent a forensic examination at the police hospital.
