McKenzie's portrayal of the iconic Broadway star Ethel Merman captivated audiences across the globe with her powerful renditions of classic tunes from beloved musicals like Anything Goes, Annie Get Your Gun, Gypsy, and Hello, Dolly!

Since her debut as Merman in 1988, McKenzie toured extensively throughout the U.S., Europe, and Asia, solidifying her place in theatrical history as the star of what many consider the longest-running one-woman show. She also delighted audiences in roles made famous by Merman, including Reno Sweeney in Anything Goes, the gunslinger in Annie Get Your Gun, and Rose in Gypsy.
