MUMBAI: A female actor has lodged a police complaint against her househelp for stealing jewellery and currency from her Goregaon residence. The Bangur Nagar Police registered a case under section 381 of IPC for theft.
Yamini Rawal, 40, has said in her complaint that the accused, Pramod Gupta, 20, was working at her residence for the past two months. At times, he would also work at her mother's home in Andheri. He lived at her home as did a cook, Shubham Gupta, who had been employed for the past three years. Pramod's parents stayed at Grant Road and he would visit them sometimes.
