A climate activist has claimed victory in "the biggest and most expensive" anti-protest lawsuit in Australian history after an epic stoush with a mining giant.
However, Ben Pennings still took aim at Indian multinational Adani's "attack dog strategy", saying the five-and-a-half year legal battle had taken an enormous toll.
