A 27-year-old man is receiving treatment after being diagnosed with an ultra-rare cancer affecting fewer than one in 100,000 people.

Ben Wagenmann, a German student living in Switzerland, first noticed a lump on the side of his throat in April 2023 after a skiing trip led to a chest infection.
