South Korea’s acting president, Choi Sang-mok, visited the Muan International Airport following a Jeju Air flight crash landing, as reported by the Transport Ministry on Sunday. The incident prompted Choi to direct emergency responders to utilize all available resources to address the situation promptly, as stated in a press release by the interior and safety ministry.

Choi assumed the role of acting president after the impeachment of President Yoon Suk Yeol.
