JIND: The stray cattle roaming on roads have become a menace for the commuters nowadays in Haryana. Several road accidents have taken place but no concrete action was taken so far, said people in Jind district.
However, after two bulls hit the car of Arjun Singh, native of Jind district, the latter wrote a letter to superintendent of police (SP) and Hisar range inspector general of police (IGP) seeking FIR against nandishala or gaushala (cow shelter)of city area holding them responsible for frequent accidents on roads, besides seeking compensation for car loss.
