Upon reaching the depth of the ocean and talking with the Kraken, one of the first things you'll want to do in Abyss is to talk with the Scientist in order to make the Abyss Teleporter operable. However, in order to do that, you'll have to find the Toilet Paper, Toilet, Door, and Power Relays locations in Abyss. This guide will help you find them all.
Abyss Scientist's Teleporter Quest Guide
To complete the Scientist’s Quest 1 in Abyss, you’ll need to find the following items: Toilet Paper, Toilet, Door, and Power Relays. These items are required because the Teleporter is offline, and if you want to teleport around Abyss, you’ll need to help the Scientist repair it. Luckily, all of these items are quite easy to find, as they’re located inside the bubble (the safe hub area).

Where to Find the Toilet Paper in Abyss
Let’s start with the Abyss toilet paper location, as this one is probably the easiest to find. Immediately to the left of Henry (the gun merchant NPC), you’ll spot a round wooden table with three guys sitting around it. These aren’t just random NPCs; rather, they represent the three main developers of the game. But enough interesting trivia, here’s where to find the toilet paper.
The toilet paper in Abyss is located right below the aforementioned table with the three developers. Just approach the table, and you’ll be able to spot it underneath, between the NPCs casually sitting around. Grab the paper by pressing E, and it will automatically be added to the Abyss Scientist’s teleporter toilet machine in Abyss.
Where is the Toilet location in Abyss
Don’t know where to find the toilet in Abyss? The toilet is located near Richard, the Bestiary NPC, in the central hub area. He’s the one wearing a cowboy hat and glasses. Right next to his stand (the one with a bunch of books on it) is a massive tree, and directly behind that tree, you’ll find the toilet.
It’s quite easy to spot: it’s blue, the toilet seat is up, and it lies on the ground semi-buried. Pick it up by pressing E, and it will automatically be added to the Abyss Scientist’s teleporter device. Now lets find the next one.

Abyss Power Relays Location
Power Relays in Abyss are located just to the right of Billy, the storage NPC in the central hub (inside the safe bubble). Billy is positioned to the right of the scientists, leaning against a large blue container. Next to the storage container is a platform with two wooden boxes on it; the Abyss Power Relays are located between them. Grab them, and they’ll automatically be added to the Scientist’s teleporter machine.
How to Find the Door in Abyss
Finally, let’s see where you can find the Door in Abyss. Head to David, the Tube merchant NPC. You’ll find the door leaning against the wall of a shed on the right side of the shop, just behind the Pufferfish Tube, next to a blue-and-white lifebuoy. It’s a massive blue door, so you can’t miss it once you know where to look. Once you’re near it, press E, and it will be sent to the Scientist’s teleporter machine in Abyss.
And that's it! Now you have all four parts! Head back to the porta-potty and talk to the Scientist to complete the Abyss Scientist's Quest 1 and activate the Teleporter. Congrats, now you can use the teleport to move between different zones.
