Rangers' Premiership trip to Aberdeen will be broadcast live on Sky Sports next month, it has been confirmed.
The Light Blues opened up their season in front of the TV cameras against Livingston in a hard-fought 2-1 victory, before drawing with Hibs 2-2 last weekend when they again rolled in to cover their match. Proceedings at Aberdeen have been moved forward from a traditional 3pm kick-off on September 10th to a 12pm slot as that battle now kicks off the respective weekend's matches.
It will come just a week after Rangers face Celtic in this season's first Old Firm match while it will be the first game Giovanni van Bronckhorst's men will tackle following their maiden Champions League group stage match in 12 years. That feat was achieved with a fine 3-2 aggregate victory over Dutch heavyweights PSV at the play-off stage and booked entry to Thursday's glamour draw in Istanbul.

There they were drawn against 2022 finalist Liverpool for a match which will receive huge coverage while former player Calvin Bassey will return to Ibrox with Ajax.
Lastly in Group A for the Light Blues is Serie A side Napoli to set up an enthralling European group for Rangers, who reached May's Europa League final.
Attentions have to turn quickly to domestic business though after dropping points at Hibs last weekend, hosting Ross County on Saturday.
