Cumnock Juniors have trolled Aberdeen following their Darvel's historic cup triumph.
Michael Kennedy's marvels pulled off the biggest Scottish Cup shock as they dumped Jim Goodwin's Aberdeen with stunning 1-0 win at Recreation park.
The magical cup tie took place in front of the BBC cameras as The Vale pulled off a remarkable result thanks to a spirited display.
Jordan Kilpatrick etched his name into the history books with his first half strike enough to see off the seven-time winners.
Fellow Ayrshire sides have been queuing up to congratulate Darvel, with the result being praised from fellow non-league clubs in the region.
West of Scotland Football League rivals Cumnock Juniors saluted the result.
But the Nock' couldn't help themselves as they aimed a cheeky dig at the Dons telling them winning at Recreation Park is "not for everyone," after they sealed a victory there in the opening game of the season.
A 2-1 win for the away side was enough to seal three points last summer and that result was remembered as they congratulated the club who sit at the summit of the WoSFL Premier Division.
A tweet from Cumnock Juniors reads: "Commiserations @AberdeenFC, winning at Recreation Park isn’t for everyone. Jokes aside and above all else, a massive congratulations to @darvelfc on a truly historic victory this evening."
Auchlineck Talbot also congratulated Darvel.
The Bot have enjoyed some recent success in the Scottish Cup and they were left equally impressed by their fellow rivals showing in the fourth round.
The Club tweeted: "Well done and congratulations to the players and management of @darvelfc on your result vs @AberdeenFC."
Praise also came from further down the WoSFL pyramid, with Third Division Club Lugar Boswell Thistle praising the "outstanding result."
And Third Division rivals Kello Rovers said they were "immensely proud" of the famous victory.
League bosses of the WoSFL also shared their pride in the Vale's historic moment as they also hailed other clubs for getting behind the Vale who sit 97 places below Aberdeen in the Scottish football pyramid.
The WoSFL tweeted: "Beyond proud of @darvelfc's performance and result tonight. Delighted for @Mickkennedy1904 his staff, players and everyone behind the scenes.
"Was also great to see our other #WoSFL clubs getting right behind them before, during and after the match. What a League."
