Aberdeen estate agencies Stonehouse and Grant Fairbairn join forces

Stonehouse Aberdeen

Stonehouse Lettings - which has branches in central Aberdeen and Kemnay - has acquired Grant Fairbairn Property Leasing, in a deal designed to consolidate its position as a leading agency in the region.

Almost 200 rental homes formerly under Grant Fairbairn will transfer into the Stonehouse portfolio, which will manage them from a central Aberdeen base at Neo House on Riverside Drive.

“We are delighted to welcome fellow Aberdeen agency Grant Fairbairn Property Leasing into the Stonehouse family,” said Stonehouse chief executive Andrew Seldon.
