Former Liberal staffer Bruce Lehrmann has hit the ABC with a defamation lawsuit more than a year after it aired Brittany Higgins’ speech about violence against women.
The litigation is part of Mr Lehrmann’s continuing attack against media reporting of Ms Higgins’ rape claims.
