A former neighbourhood pub may be converted into offices and storage facilities if a planning application to the City of Edinburgh is successful.
Moredun Enterprises has submitted plans to Edinburgh Council to turn the vacant Royal Bar at 50 Moredunvale Road near the Royal Infirmary into two Class 2 offices and a storage unit.”
Moredun has said it has no intention of modifying the exterior of the building during the transformation, and the company already owns the site as well as an adjoining shop property.
