Aaron Rodgers arrives at MetLife Stadium ahead of Sunday’s game vs. Chiefs

He said he was going to rejoin the team as soon as he could and that time has come. Aaron Rodgers is back at MetLife Stadium ahead of the Jets’ primetime showdown with the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 4.

Rodgers was seen arriving on a golf cart. He had wanted to rejoin the team to support them and, in particular, quarterback Zach Wilson, who is seemingly entering a make-or-break game with veteran Trevor Siemian potentially waiting in the wings and the possibility that the Jets go after another veteran during their bye week.

All the talk has been about all the stars that will be in attendance like some singer named Taylor Swift. You may have heard of her. But Rodgers is the big star for the Jets and attended team meetings Saturday night to help get the team ready and to remind them to stop pointing fingers.

We’ll see if Rodgers’s presence gives the Jets a jolt of energy to spring the upset of the reigning champs.
