Aaron Nemane highlights Tobi Adebayo-Rowling influence on recent Notts County form

It's been an excellent few weeks for Notts County - breaking a 93-year record, amassing three consecutive away wins and remaining at the summit of the National League.

But one player has shone brightest for the Magpies in that time, with Aaron Nemane continuing to impress in this unbelievable season under Luke Williams. The Frenchman's performances have been nothing short of sensational, with his directness and pace causing havoc to defences in the division, while adding another assist to his growing tally at the Technique Stadium on Saturday to provide Adam Chicksen with his ninth goal of the campaign.

Nemane has already played five more games this season compared to last under Ian Burchnall, further proving his capabilities as being one of the most dynamic players in the division. And with Tobi Adebayo-Rowling's absence, further pressure has been mounted on the 25-year-old's shoulders and a real test of endurance in this long campaign, a test in which he has passed with flying colours.

But with the full-back signed from Ebbsfleet in the summer back from his latest injury setback, Nemane was quick to emphasise his importance in his blistering recent form.

"It just shows just how good this squad is," said Nemane. "I have played some games then he has played some games and he has been brilliant - we have to continue to push each other and hopefully we keep doing that and end up getting promoted."

Adebayo-Rowling was one of three players not involved at the weekend but in attendance for Notts' 2-1 win over Chesterfield on Saturday along with Ruben Rodrigues, and Archie Mair.

And a video surfaced on social media following the game of all three providing encouragement in the tunnel at the half-time interval, with the Frenchman detailing the impact their encouraging words had on the players.

"Knowing that everyone is in it together, that is what we all need because it's not just 11 players that win the game.

"We need everyone in the squad to help us out. We all get on well and want to help each other out and we all want to get promoted."
