Aaron Connolly has sent Stephen Kenny a selection warning after firing two goals in Hull's win over QPR.
Connolly has had a turbulent couple of years in his career having had loan spells with Luton, Middlesbrough, and Venezia.
But the Galway man showed some good form as he netted twice for his new side.
Hull sit in the bottom half of the Championship table but Connolly's goal helped ensure them plenty of breathing room and keeping them out of the relegation fight.
Connolly opened the scoring in the 10th minute and they Tigers scored their second goal thanks to a Robert Dickie penalty.
And Connolly scored moments after the penalty went in to guide the side to a 3-0 win.
The win means Hull have 37 points and some 11 points above the relegation zone.
And it means they are only five points off the playoffs.
Connolly will be looking to keep up his fine run of form with World Cup finalists France coming to Dublin at the end of March.
