Aaron Carter's estate will be left to his one-year-old son Prince after the star tragically died without a will last month.
The late singer's family have made their intentions to make sure Prince is taken care of - with Californian law stipulating that as there was no clear directive, his entire estate should go to the toddler.
Aaron - who was found dead in his bathtub at the age of 34 - left behind an estimated $550,000 in real estate and personal property, which will now fall to his son.
