Jacki Kruse, who posts on TikTok as @jackikruse10, shared a close-up of a diamond ring and said one of the stones looked different after it was serviced at Kay. The video had drawn 356,500 views. On-screen text asked viewers, “Do you see what I see?”
Her caption read, “I had my diamond ring serviced at Kay and now it looks like one of the stones isn’t a diamond. Do you see what I see?” The clip showed a left hand wearing a white gold or platinum set of three bands against a blurred indoor background that appeared to be a kitchen or living area. Because the video showed only a hand and no face, it was not confirmed that the hand belonged to Kruse.
