Shar, who posts on TikTok as @sharna.kite, shared a first-person clip from an airplane window seat that showed a hand repeatedly moving the shade. On-screen text in the video read, “Unfortunately no I will not be the bigger person.”
The camera stayed on the shade and the seat back next to it, which carried a sign that read, “FASTEN SEAT BELT WHILE SEATED.” A hand, which appeared to belong to the person filming, pulled the shade down to close it and then pushed it back up to open it. That motion ran in a rapid, continuous loop for the whole clip, and the filmer’s arm and sleeve were occasionally visible.
