A clip filmed inside a Walmart showing a confrontation between a couple accused of running a price-tag swapping scheme has gone viral on X. As the video continues to rack up views, users have begun debating whether the security officers used excessive force during the arrest.
The video shows a man wearing a black T-shirt with “Police” printed on the back tackling one of the suspects before wrestling her to the ground. As he puts his weight on her, he repeatedly tells her to calm down. Just when it appears she has stopped resisting, she makes one final attempt to break free. Her boyfriend then joins the struggle, and the confrontation quickly escalates into a chaotic scuffle involving at least five people.
