If you’re any kind of Rob Gronkowski fan, you already know what number we’re heading toward in this post.
The tight end was all smiles with the media in 2016 about scoring his 69th touchdown. He once purposely missed a free throw in hoops to keep his team’s score at 69. He bet $69 on a horse named after him at the Belmont Stakes.
You get the idea.
Last month, a football that he caught from Tom Brady in Super Bowl LII sold at auction. Guess how much someone paid for the ball?
Yep. You got it. Right on the money. It was $69,000!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
