A quick legal fix won't rebuild trust in Canberra's traffic cameras

Seatbelts - or rather fines being issued for failing to wear them - were again in the news this week, but this time for quite different reasons.

A technical bungle has forced the ACT to stop issuing fines to drivers caught on camera not wearing seatbelts, casting a legal risk over thousands of infringements.
