A Place In The Sun viewers were critical towards a range of properties based on their budget.
Candy and Mark flew out to the Almería province in the hopes of finding the perfect holiday home. Their wedding day was in six months so they requested the help of property expert Ben Hillman to help them on their search before they tied the knot.
The couple asked for a three-bedroom house with traditional features but noted they don't mind putting in the work if it needs sprucing up. Their budget of £77,000 was branded as "tight" by Ben who promised he'd do his best to fit their needs regardless.

Candy and Mark were enthusiastic with everything they were shown despite minor criticism. Ben was hopeful he'd help the couple walk away with their dream property but viewers were less enthusiastic, branding everything on offer as "derelict" and "a dump."
One viewer said: "Behave yourself Ben, it’s a derelict dump." Another added: "Let me show you... derelict!" While a third said: "I’ve only just seen the budget. We’re in for some right s*** tips." A final added: "Shocking showing from Ben today."
Coming together at the end of the show, Ben was thrilled to hear Candy and Mark found their perfect home despite their small budget. They placed a cash offer of £76,250 which was instantly accepted by the owner.
