A property was slammed for its "dodgy balcony" and questionable furnishings as viewers called it a "death drop waiting to happen."
Teacher Danuta was hoping to find a holiday home in Valencia and asked her close friend Rachel, who already lives there, to help her. Property expert, Jean Johansson, was tasked with the challenge of finding five options for Danuta's budget of £120,000 which needed to include a balcony, a seaside view and a spacious two-bedroom home with a lot of light.
The first property, situated in Valencia city, left a sour taste in viewers' mouths as they labelled it a "death drop" due to its worn-out interior and "dodgy" balcony. The lack of view was also a talking point as Danuta initially required a seaside residence.

The home she was shown directly faced a tower building which blocked the majority of light into her own apartment. One viewer said: "A really nice view"? Okay then..."
Referencing the cluttered interior and run-down furnishings, another viewer added: "Ok it’s definitely been lived in."
Danuta said she needed a property with a lot of light due to a condition that meant dark spaces negatively affected her eyesight and head. Given her condition, viewers pointed out the property was an accident waiting to happen as she could easily fall over what appeared to be an extremely low balcony.
A third comment said: "With her eyesight problems, it’s a bit dodgy getting one so high up with a low balcony! It’s a death drop waiting to happen!!"
The £119,000 property was pushed aside for a gorgeous two-bed apartment in Sagunto she bought for £110,000.
