Channel 4 hit overseas property show, A Place In The Sun, has been taken off air. But fans aren't too worry, as it will only be off air for a temporary period of time as a TV shake-up means a different show will fill the slot.
With the famous dog show Crufts taking place over the coming days, Channel 4 has re-jigged its schedule to report on the event, with coverage of Crufts to be aired instead of A Place In The Sun.
The popular canine show is the largest of its kind in the world, being hosted every year and celebrates all aspects the role dogs play in our lives. Coverage of the dog show means much-loved property expert presenters like Jonnie Irwin and Laura Hamilton will not be appearing on TV screens today (March 10).

The schedule was also affected on Thursday (March 9), with Clare Balding presenting dog show from 3pm until 4pm with A New Life in the Sun being broadcast right after. Today will follow the same schedule, as reported by Liverpool Echo.
Crufts will feature live judging as proud owners show off their four-legged companions. There will also be highlights from the main arena and a look at the serious side of dog breeding and ownership, with an emphasis on health and welfare.
From Monday (March 13) next week, Channel 4's Tool Club will be aired in the usual 3pm-4pm slot instead of A Place In The Sun. The programme follows peoples' DIY journeys as they are given the skills and confidence to take on do-it-yourself tasks themselves. Support is provided by experts Max McMurdo, Julia Miller-Osborn and Jess Grizzle.
At this time it is unclear when A Place in the Sun will next air. Liverpool Echo have approached Channel 4 for comment.
