A Place in the Sun buyers Martin and Sonia put an almost immediate stop to a property viewing during Thursday's episode.
The popular Channel 4 show sees people who want to buy a home abroad joined by an expert as they hunt for the ideal property. Laura Hamilton joined Martin and Sonia as they looked for their ideal retirement home on Greek's Messinia Peninsula.
With a budget of £125,000, they were hoping to find a two-bedroom property they could relocate to. They told Laura, and viewers, they had actually found somewhere perfect before coming on the show but that the sale had fallen through.

The first property, a two-bedroom house on the market for just over £136,000, was to their liking but Martin and Sonia admitted they'd have hoped to get more for the money. And as Laura continued through her list of potential homes, things took a turn for the worse.
A three-bedroom house in Kastania was on the market for less than £120,000, with a large living area and a balcony boasting stunning views. However, Martin and Sonia were clearly disappointed from the get go.
Martin said: "It's not finished", and Sonia added: "I don't like the cave structure at the end. It's dark, it's not doing anything for me, I've got no good feeling about it."
After Laura asked if they would like to view any more of the home, Martin said: "My wife doesn't like it so there's no point" and Sonia added: "I don't want to look at it at all".
Laura admitted she had made an error with the property as she said: "Location is very wrong here and it sounds like the property is very wrong as well".
A Place in the Sun airs weekdays at 3pm on Channel 4 and All 4
