Laura Hamilton issued a "reality check" to a "tough" buyer on today's A Place in the Sun.
The 40-year-old property expert returned to front Tuesday's edition of the popular Channel 4 programme. She was showing Donna and Terry around five properties as they aimed to find their perfect second home on the Costa Del Sol.
The buyers had a £135,000 budget and were looking for a property with a minimum of two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Laura was immediately concerned by the criteria as homes in the Spanish region are usually far more expensive.

She said: "A two, three bed property you could be pushing up £250,000." Donna branded the revelation as "a bit of a reality check" and admitted they needed to be "realistic".
Laura struggled to impress the buyers on the challenging search as she described Terry as a "tough man to impress". However, the two eventually narrowed down their search to a a two bed apartment in Estepona Golf and a townhouse in Hacienda.
Donna preferred the apartment while Terry wanted to put a bid in for a townhouse. The buyers said they were engaged in a tug of war as Laura urged them to come to a decision as soon as possible as she branded the search "stressful".
Laura revealed at the end of the show the buyers decided to take their search elsewhere as they were looking for homes in Turkey.
