Jonnie Irwin who is best known for presenting A Place in the Sun has opened up about his health journey after he was diagnosed with terminal cancer.
The Channel 4 presenter revealed his diagnosis last year and says that he is determined to make the most of his life and spend it with his boys Rex, three, twins Rafa and Cormac, who are two, and beloved wife Jess.
The cancer has now spread from his lungs to his brain with the property guru preparing to say a heart-breaking goodbye to his family, saying that he said has still not been able to tell his kids as it will be just too confusing.

Admitting the heart-breaking reality that he 'doesn't know how long' he has left to live, the 49-year-old has told fans he has started Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy.
This involves a hyperbaric chamber, a highly-pressurised room or tube where a patient is given pure oxygen to breathe.
It's thought flooding the body with concentrated oxygen can help make cancer cells easier to kill with treatments like chemotherapy and radiation while also activating the healing process in a patient's body.
According to Birmingham Live, he said: "I had to go home and tell my wife, who was looking after our babies, that she was on her own pretty much. That was devastating. All I could do was apologise to her. I felt so responsible."
“It's amazing to think I too could speak to my wife and children after I pass away," he told the BBC earlier this year. "My diagnosis has taken a lot from me but it has given me the ability to prepare.
“The only way to make sure your digital legacy is as you like it, is to take control now," he added. “I'm going to take every opportunity to do that for the people I love.”
