A Place in the Sun buyer was warned after an unexpected announcement at the end of today's search.
Jean Johannson returned to front Monday's edition of the popular Channel 4 programme. The expert was helping Danuta find her dream holiday home in Valencia.
The house-hunter was joined by her close friend, Rachel, who had made the move to the Spanish city four years ago. Danuta was armed with a maximum budget of £130,000 and was looking for a two-bedroom home.
