Danni Menzies was taken aback by a buyer's confession at the start of the show.
The property expert was helping Frances and Carina find their perfect holiday home in Nerja. Fran was armed with a maximum budget of £230,000 and was looking for a property large enough for her family.
She was looking for a two bedroom home that was located a short distance away from the beach. However, Danni was startled to discover Fran had never visited Nerja before she decided to purchase a holiday home there.

Fran explained at the start of show: "Really we just want a little bolthole out in the sunshine. And so many people, friends and family have been there. People have said to me its the perfect place."
Danni checked again at the start of the search. She said: "Am I right in that you've never been Nerja before?" Carina was in disbelief to arrive on the Costa del Sol as she heaped praise on the region.
She said: "It's just absolutely stunning." Danni showed the buyers five beautiful homes on the island.
Frances and Carina fell in love with the third property on the search, which was a two bed house in Alimijara. The property was priced at £222,222 and they secured the home for just under £201,000.
