A couple on A Place In The Sun left the host struggling to cope with their fussiness.
Danni Menzies helped Sandy and Andy find their perfect home in Lazio, Italy, which they wanted to eventually retire to but, for now, wanted to use for holidays with their huge family of five kids and six grandchildren. They gave Danni an ideal budget of £70,000 to hunt out a traditional-style house with plenty of space and a big enough garden to grow fruit and veg.
Taking a step into their first potential property, Sandy and Andy seemed unhappy from the start. Looking around the two-bedroom home on the market for only £48,000, the incredible drop in price wasn't enough to sway their minds.

Danni asked what the couple thought of the home but they said it was too small to consider. Danni added: "So we're not off to the flying start I'd hoped for, so the main thing I need to work on is space and you mentioned access as well? I'm not going to be too disheartened, I'm just going to take it on the chin and do a better job on the next one."
Once again, Danni struggled to hit the mark as Sandy admitted a semi-detached property was "a big problem for us". A quick look around resulted in Danni stating the obvious as she said: "It's a definite no."
Despite previously being concerned about the lack of space, their fourth property was deemed too big and struck off as a possible contender. Visibly flustered by the sudden change of what they were looking for, Danni moved on to the final home she hoped they would finally take a liking to. With the long list of problems behind them, Sandy and Danny found their ideal home in the form of a gorgeous two-bed property in Rocca D’Evandro at a bargain price of £76,000.
