A Place In The Sun's Craig Rowe asks couple 'are you always like this'

A Place In The Sun's Craig Rowe asked his home hunters '"are you always like this" after continuously agreeing on everything.

Newlyweds Alison and Gabriel from Greater Manchester have been together for five years and are looking to buy a property together in the town of Dénia on Spain's northern Costa Blanca. Presenter Craig Rowe found five properties for them to consider, all within their budget of £110,000.

Keen to take on the local activities, Gabriel was eager to dive into the water sports and mountain biking on offer whereas Alison preferred the wine tasting courses. Their must-haves for their new home were humble compared to other buyers as Alison said she wanted "two bedrooms and some outdoor space."

She added: "We're flexible if it's a house or an apartment but we'd like to be close to the beach or have a pool if we're further inland." Craig was on the ball today as he appeared to nail everything the couple asked for as they agreed they liked everything they were shown.

All of today's homes were well within their budget so the only issues revolved around aspects such as style and amenities but the couple never disagreed once on any of their opinions. Craig's life was made a lot easier asking "are you always like this" as he laughed and added "this usually never happens."

Alison and Gabrielle laughed alongside Craig as they agreed saying "yeah" at the same time. The couple found "the home of their dreams" after bargaining the estate agent down from £110,000 to £103,500.
