A Place in the Sun's Jasmine Harman was taken aback as buyers halted a viewing of a penthouse on today's show.
The expert was showing Hugh and Bruce around five properties around Alicante on Thursday's edition of the popular Channel 4 programme. The married couple were relocating from Scotland as they aimed to find their dream home abroad.
Hugh and Bruce were looking for a two bedroom property and had a maximum budget of £145,000. Jasmine branded the search as "challenging" as the house hunters were unimpressed with the first three properties on the search.

The two were particularly unimpressed with property three, which was a terracotta townhouse in Orihuela Costa. Jasmine informed the couple they wouldn't be "allowed to paint the exterior any other colour so you do have to learn to love terracotta if you want to buy this house."
The buyers decided against the house and were wowed by their next property, which was a two bed duplex in San Pedro Del Pinatar. Hugh and Bruce didn't think Jasmine would be able to top it, but she assured the buyers she had " pulled out all the stops" on the final property of the episode.
However, Jasmine was in disbelief when the pair halted the property due to their dislike of terracotta. The buyer said: "I like it apart from the tiles.
"I hate terracotta with a passion and there's a lot of tiles to replace on that." Jasmine shot back: "You are more bothered about the colour of the tiles than the size of the outdoor space."
The buyers were still intrigued by the property but they decided to stop the viewing after seeing the bedroom as they didn't have the wow factor.
Hugh and Bruce decided to put in an offer for the fourth property and secured the two bed duplex for £131,000.
