A Place In The Sun host Leah Charles-King was tasked with some hard-to-please home seekers when looking to help a pair purchase a property in Spain.
Viewers of Channel 4 re-run episode saw Terry and Susan from Wigan looking to climb the Spanish property ladder after selling up for some sunshine.
The couple were focusing their proprerty search in Mijas, on the Costa del Sol, which boasts 15 beaches in Mijas Costa, and enjoys semi-tropical temperatures.
So with the location narrowed down, they then shared with Leah a wish list for a three bed property, two bathrooms and a communal pool, and ideally with a beach nearby.
But when confronted with the couple's relatively low budget Leah asked if there was any "wiggle room" on price, they said they could stretch to an extra £10,000 at a push. Leah admitted their low budget may make the search a struggle.
Leah had five chances at winning them over, but things were not off to a great start. Property number one, a two-bedroom apartment on the market for just under £119,000, was dismissed as Terry and Susan felt it was outdated and too small.
Up next a two-bedroom home with one and a half bathrooms was on the market for £129,000. This was an immediately ruled out as Terry was having a knee op making access too tricky.
After seeing two more homes, Terry gave a cheeky warning to Leah. She asked if they wanted to see the "fifth and final property".
Terry cheekily replied: "That will do, final chance!"
But despite their hopes that the final find could tick all the boxes, the two bedroom property in Riviera del Sol within walking distance of the beach failed to win them over.
The property featured a private terrace, communal pools and gardens, has stunning sea views and is close to amenities but priced at £129,224 at time of filming, it wasn't a winner for Terry and Susan.
The couple decided it wasn't for them and decided to hold off the house hunt until they could add extra funds to their budget.
A Place in the Sun airs weekdays at 3pm on Channel 4 and All 4.
