A couple were reduced to tears on A Place in the Sun after host Jonnie Irwin found them their dream home.
In the sweet episode, which was repeated this evening on Channel 4, Jonnie helped Steve and Janice find their ideal Spanish home.
The pair were after a three-bedroom villa where they could entertain family and friends, in the town of Chiclana de la Frontera on the Costa de la Luz, with a budget of £160,000.
Steve and Janice were also after a private pool to complete their domestic bliss.
Jonnie and the pair toured five homes, with one beautiful home standing out from the rest.
As they looked around the fourth property, Steve and Janice became emotional, and Janice told Jonnie she was speechless after taking in a large pool, spacious outside dining area and greenery.
Surveying the site, Janice said: “Wow, this is gorgeous, looks a bit grand. Oh, my gosh."
Janice explained to Jonnie that she thought the setting was "luxurious" and she didn't "think we could afford something like this."
The happy couple had a look around the house on their own, before telling Jonnie their view, with both breaking into tears.
“I feel a bit emotional, it’s really ticking all the boxes," Janice said.
“I’m speechless, this is what we want," she tearfully added.
While his wife wiped away tears from her face, Steve said: “You’ve got me going now.”
Jonnie was shocked the property had made the pair cry, gently teasing Steve: “Don’t you start. Look at you.”
Steve jokingly replied, "No, leave me alone."
Jonnie asked the pair: “Did you think I would bring you to tears?"
Replying, Janice said: “I feel like we’ve won the lottery."
The pleased couple put an offer in on the property and bagged it for just £143, 5000.
Jonnie is currently sharing his own home renovation project with followers.
The presenter, who left A Place in the Sun after he was diagnosed with terminal cancer, has been regularly updating his social media followers on his home improvement project on the property he shares with his wife Jessica Holmes, 40, and their three children, Rex, 3, and twins Rafa and Cormac, 2.
In the latest update earlier this month, Jonnie revealed he was "chuffed to bits" with a cedar-clad soffit outside the sliding patio doors of his home.
On his Instagram account, he wrote: "On a strict budget we could only use this material sparingly but I love the look of it.
"Everyone who visits our home will immediately be frogmarched to view and pay homage to the beautiful cedar soffit."
Jonnie first shared the heartbreaking admission that he 'doesn't know how long' he has left to live in November, after first being diagnosed with lung cancer in August 2020, which has since spread to his brain.
