A Place In The Sun host Jean Johansson faced her toughest challenge yet on Monday's episode.
Married couple Elaine and Nick were looking at properties for a holiday home in Puerto de Mazarron, with a budget of £80,000.
They dreamed of a two-bedroom apartment complete with a swimming pool, parking and a bath in the bathroom.
And Jean certainly had her work cut out for her as she showed Elaine and Nick the first property - a two bedroom apartment with a 10 minute walk from the town centre.
But things got off to a bad start, when Elaine said: "Is this the only terrace?"
Hearing the note of disapproval in her voice, Jean joked: "Tell me what you're thinking, don't hold back".
While Nick said he had an issue with the terrace being "open to the street", Elaine added: "It's nicer if you can walk out of the lounge on to your private space".
Jean told the pair: "Maybe the price will help well with budget", before revealing the home was on the market for £76,000.
After agreeing to go inside, the viewing went from bad to worse as Elaine critiqued: "The kitchen is a bit... compact", before adding: "We're going to be staying here for three months at a time, I need more room to cook"
Jean then asked: "Is this kitchen going to be a deal-breaker?" before Elaine firmly told her: "It's not for us".
The three awkwardly then left the home without even viewing the bedrooms.
The couple went on to view more property in the area, but failed to put any offers in and left the show without finding their dream holiday home.
It comes after A Place In The Sun star Laura Hamilton announced last week she is set to join ITV's This Morning.
The presenter, 40, is a popular figure on the house hunting show abroad, finding dream homes abroad for couples on Channel 4's A Place In The Sun.
But the A Place In The Sun star took to Instagram to share exciting news that she is joining the rival broadcaster ITV during a break from her Channel 4 show.
Laura shared with fans that she is filming a new project for daytime show This Morning, hosted by Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield.
Laura shared several behind-the-scenes snaps from location so her fans could get a sneak peek into the upcoming property project set to air soon on ITV.
She wrote: "Excited to be filming something new over the next few weeks and joining This Morning."
One photo showed Laura walking in front of a giant farm building donning blue overalls and a set of black boots.
She followed the snap with another of herself next to a donkey, joking: "Just a couple of asses, first day filming with This Morning.
"So excited to be part of the team."
A Place in the Sun airs weekdays at 3pm on Channel 4 and All 4
