A Place in the Sun's Jean Johansson said she was shell-shocked after a buyer's complaint on today's show.
The presenter was helping Jeffrey and Trudi find their dream home in Costa Blanca. The married couple from Lincolnshire admitted they were "fussy" with their criteria and had viewed over 500 properties.
They were hoping to find a three-bedroom detached villa with a pool and had a maximum budget of £245,000. Jean branded the search a disaster midway through the episode as the buyer's were unimpressed with the the first three homes they viewed.

She was particularly stunned when the couple ruled out a property on Els Poblets before they had even entered the home. Jeffrey said the property was situated too close to the beach, which left Jean "shell-shocked".
She added: "I was not expecting that so give me a second. That's a bit of a shocker. And, like I said, it's the first time anyone has complained about being too close to the beach."
The couple were only impressed with property three on the episode, but decided against putting in a bid.
