Ben struggled to find a property that met the house hunter's criteria as he was met with a few blunt 'no's' during the search. The expert was convinced he had found the everything on the buyer's wish list for their final home on the search.
The two bed apartment in San Isidro boasted a large outdoor terrace and open plan interior. It was priced at £110,256 and had sweeping views of the sea.
The buyers were impressed with the property, but Ben was concerned they may be put off by the open plan bedrooms which also contained a bathroom.
He said: "There is no dividing wall at all and it's a unique setup." Chris admitted he was confused by the set up.
He said: "One slight thing is those en-suite bathrooms." Viewers on Twitter were also confused by the bathroom.
Shrimpsy said: "Oh yes the shower literally in the bedroom" Buck added: "A shower next to your bed - classy."
The pair decided at the to make an offer on any of the properties they were shown and their search for a home on the south coast of Tenerife continues.
