A Place In The Sun buyers were overwhelmed by viewing a perfect property.
Photographer Sue and singer Chris journeyed to Limousin, France, hoping to find a quiet, scenic property. They had a budget of £90,000 to play with but Jean Johannson said they would need something in the range of £120,000 if they wanted to secure their dream home.
The couple requested a minimum of two bedrooms and a spacious garden situated in a rural area. Doing her best to accommodate their needs, Jean was shocked to see the pair eventually break down in tears.

Arriving at the fourth property, as they stood outside, the view became too much for Sue as she admitted she was overwhelmed. Taken back by the sudden outpouring of emotion, Jean said: "Oh, Sue, you’re welling up. I’ve made you cry." Chris also looked visibly flustered but managed to console his wife instead.
Sue tried to compose herself before offering an explanation. She said: "The location. This is a little country cottage garden that I wanted to start at the other properties, but it’s already been done. It’s just picture-perfect. It’s better than I dreamed. It looks quite large."
The property met all of their requirements and still fell well within their budget. However, at the end of their time on the show, the couple said another house "stole their hearts" and walked away with their final option instead.
