A Place In The Sun's Lee Juggurnauth clashed with his buyers over safety concerns.
Lee flew off to Torrevieja on Spain's Costa Blanca to help ex-engineer Ash and retired banker Anila find their dream holiday home. The couple had a budget of £135,000 with hopes of finding somewhere spacious with three bedrooms.
The property expert found them just that but, one by one, they were turned down for being "too small." Anita wasn't swayed by a lower price tag either as space became her biggest pushback throughout the viewings.

Lee thought he was on to a winner after finding the couple a semi-detached property with a lounge-diner, a rooftop terrace and sea views. Ash had concerns over whether or not the property was safe to have children so high up, which Lee confirmed wouldn't be a problem.
Anita, however, wasn't convinced as she said: "I don't agree. I think it's a bit small and the steps are a bit precarious." Lee took the comment in his stride as he added: "Conflict. Okay... you like it, you don't. Why don't you take a look at the rest of the property?"
The couple inevitably agreed this property also didn't meet their size requirements as they moved on to the next. Sitting down with Lee at the end of the show to discuss their options, they walked away with nothing, stating they need to relook at their finances.
