An A Place In The Sun buyer was left speechless after entering her first potential property due to its knockout appeal.
Jan and Bill flew off to Spain's southern Costa Blanca with the hope of finding themselves a cosy townhouse. Ben Hillman was tasked with managing a £75,000 budget while juggling a list of requests including a pool, close proximity to a golf course and a dishwasher.
He knocked it out of the park with the first home on the tour with it leaving Jan unable to speak. The house hunter covered her mouth in awe just seconds after entering and admitted it ticked all the right boxes.

Jan became slightly emotional after a brief tour but managed to compose herself to explain her feelings. She said: "I can’t speak, sorry, I’m mentally putting where all the furniture is.
"I wouldn’t be doing that if I didn’t feel that this is actually perfect, I can imagine and see us enjoying time with our families. I wanted that feel good... and that's what I'm getting."
Thrilled with the response, Ben said: "I feel like I've set the standard high." Jan added: "Oh, you have young man, you have indeed. This is just the dream."
Coming together at the end of the show, the couple placed a low offer for the property which was initially declined by the owner. After some hard bargaining, tears began to flow once again as they made a deal on their dream home.
