A Colorado home has gone viral after a real estate listing warned potential buyers that purchasing the property could come with an unusual challenge. According to the Zillow listing, the buyer may also have to remove the current occupant. The three-bedroom home in Nunn, Colorado, drew widespread attention after the popular social media account Zillow Gone Wild shared the listing.
The post cautioned prospective buyers that they can’t view the property before purchasing it and that the home remains occupied. The listing states: “This property is being sold occupied/sight-unseen/no access. DO NOT DISTURB THE OCCUPANTS.” It also says the listing agent cannot access the home or comment on its condition.
