A historic 135-acre Christmas tree farm in Warren County, New Jersey, has been listed for $1.485 million (£1.11 million) after being owned by the same family for 80 years. Located at 21 Frontage Road in Blairstown, the property includes a preserved timber-frame barn built in 1839, 21 acres of farmland, and a separate guest cottage. According to local radio station WRNJ, the land is protected by a farmland preservation deed restriction, which means it must remain agricultural land rather than being used for commercial or residential development. According to property details on Realtor.com, the farm is still operating as a choose-and-cut Christmas tree business, alongside active hay fields and open pastures.
