A mum has described her son's shocking diagnosis as a 'mother's worst nightmare'. When Sophie Hunt’s five year old started suffering from headaches she thought he might need glasses.
But the real reason was entirely different and changed the course of her's and little Lenny's life. She could never have imagined her son was actually suffering from an aggressive form of brain cancer – throwing the family’s life into turmoil, the Manchester Evening News reports.
“The doctor took us into the family room at hospital and told us,” the 33-year-old said. “I can’t even explain it; I went into complete devastation mode. I didn’t know what to do. He was in the other room waiting for us to come back with news.
