There have been some noteworthy fans in the front row of MLB playoff games this year between Los Angeles Dodgers superfan Mary Hart and the Smile 2 promotors.
But then there was a dude in a cowboy hat in the front row of Game 4 between the New York Mets and Los Angeles Dodgers at Citi Field on Thursday night, and everyone had questions: who was he? Why did he have to wear a Stetson hat in the front row? Did someone tell him to take it off?
Here’s a look at social media having a field day with this cowboy guy:
I am fascinated with this gentleman in the cowboy hat behind home plate at the @Mets game.
Is he originally from Texas? Is he a New Yorker who just likes cowboy hats? Who is he rooting for? Is it keeping him warm on a chilly night in Queens?
So many questions. So little time. pic.twitter.com/c9QT7607rC

Great hat choice, Sir. I’m sure the gentleman behind you appreciates your obstructionist cowboy hat. pic.twitter.com/kt4gEFzYQs
