A man wanted a job at a restaurant but there were no openings, so he made an anonymous tip to ICE and got 12 workers deported

A man on TikTok has claimed that he got a job at a restaurant after reporting the establishment to ICE and getting a majority of the staff there fired. According to him, he really wanted the job but the restaurant didn’t have an opening which is why he did what he did. Now he’s worried that his colleagues are going to find out he was the one who did it.

The video was posted by Hypocrisy Post and in it he claims to have made an anonymous tip to ICE regarding a restaurant that rejected his application. Three days after the tip there was supposedly a raid at the location with 12 employees being taken away by ICE thanks to the report made by this guy. Of course, with ICE’s current track record, it’s entirely possible everyone working there was in the country legally.

He also revealed that he now works at the restaurant as he applied again after it had been raided. Of course, with management being down by 12 members of staff, he easily got the job. Now he’s asking the people of TikTok how he can avoid his colleagues discovering his dirty secret, or at the very least, he wants to know how to tell them without them getting mad.

Is he for real?

This almost sounds too crazy to be true, a closer inspection of the TikTok account that posted the clip shows the same man speaking and joking about a range of political topics, some of which seem to be making a mockery of the Trump administration, while others seem to be mocking the other side of the political spectrum.

Viewers also questioned how his colleagues would manage to find out if the tip was anonymous. Of course, they’re likely to find out now, as he’s just confessed on TikTok, but prior to that, he could have not said anything and nobody would have ever known.

In all likelihood, the guy is likely trolling for views and attention, where his true stance on ICE lies is anyone’s guess. However, that hasn’t stopped people who genuinely do support the mass kidnapping and deportations across the U.S. from claiming to have done similar.

One person on TikTok wrote, “I reported my company and 17 spots opened up.” Others pushed the same old tired narratives regarding immigrants taking American jobs. On X, the post was shared by conservative, Milla Joy, who seemingly encouraged the actions described in the TikTok, telling people to “Whatever it takes.”

Whether the man in the original video is telling the truth or not, it seems his video has caught the attention of many bigoted Americans who are unironically commending the guy.
