Swansea will be transported back to the 90s when a huge silent disco takes over the prestigious Brangwyn Hall this summer. The Great Hall will be stunningly illuminated on Saturday, June 10, as DJs battle it out and hundreds of clubbers decide which nostalgic tracks to tune into.
There will be three channels to choose from at this 18+ event, which can be changed by flicking the switch on wireless headphones to choose between pop, commercial and dance music. Amidst the beautiful backdrop of Brangwyn Hall, you can sing your heart out to cheesy boybands like Boyzone, Westlife or NSYNC and dance to pop royalty like Britney, TLC, Spice Girls, Whitney Houston, Shania Twain and Cher.
The unique Swansea venue will be like you've never seen it before as it swaps tea dances, orchestral performances and choir concerts for bright lights and DJ sets. You can get more Swansea news and other story updates straight to your inbox by subscribing to our newsletters here.
The event will be hosted by Silent Discos in Incredible Places, which have hosted other parties in beautiful cathedrals, churches and other historical buildings across the UK. Doors open at 8pm and you will find tickets for the event here.
